Foristell’s neighbor to the east, Wentzville, is one of Missouri’s fastest-growing communities with a robust job market.

The facility will offer inpatient care, an emergency department, trauma services, behavioral health services, and a range of outpatient care options.

You’ll also find nearby SSM Health and Barnes-Jewish facilities in Lake Saint Louis, Wentzville, and St. Peters.

The Foristell Chamber of Commerce reports that membership has tripled since 2020.

Foristell makes development easier with its flexible Planned Development (PD) districts. 

The city also streamlines the permitting process, allowing online submissions for new construction and other common projects.

The small City of Foristell is working hard to prepare for the population boom that’s happening now, but it will take a while for things to catch up. 

Traffic is heavy, especially at major highway intersections and the I-70 access points. 

Fortunately, there are plans to widen and improve I-70 between Warrenton and Wentzville.

Sewer service is limited. Many homes are on septic tanks.

Developers are aware of this and are planning accordingly and the city’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) has plans to improve the water and sewer system.
