Real Estate Experience

Kellie has an extensive background in real estate. She began her real estate career in 2003 in the new construction industry, working for a local builder. In 2012, she moved to residential real estate and has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes ever since!

Kellie’s knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and passion for helping her clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate are unrivaled. She strives to exceed expectations by prioritizing her clients’ needs and making herself available to them almost any time of day. Kellie leverages her decades of experience to guide her clients through the complexities of the real estate transaction, from showings to closing, while ensuring their experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

In 2024, Kellie represented Gateway Realty Group on a nationally televised interview on CNBC to discuss the hottest real estate markets, and St. Louis made the list! Kellie is certified in residential relocation and holds a Luxury Home Sales Certification. She is trained to handle higher price-point sales and can also work with relocation companies. Kellie has been named a 5-Star award winner, which recognizes outstanding customer service, and a Top Producer. She is also part of the Top 1% International President’s Circle at Berkshire Hathaway.  

Background & Education

Raised in St. Louis, Kellie has watched the exciting growth of the metro area her whole life. From growing up in North County to currently residing in Wentzville, she has developed deep connections in the community and gained an intimate knowledge of the local housing market.

She graduated from Rosary High School in 1985 and then attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis, aka UMSL. 

The experience she has gained from living and working all over the St. Louis area makes her an invaluable resource to her clients when deciding on where to live and how to tackle this dynamic market.

Personal Life

Kellie is tough as nails. She is a cancer survivor, and when she isn’t selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, owner of Lasater Automotive in O’Fallon, her 4 sons, 2 Boston terriers, and her pet snake. She especially loves watching and cheering on her youngest son at baseball games. 

She is a homebody at heart and loves watching true crime shows. She loves social media (especially TikTok), shopping, and enjoying the wide variety of restaurants our city has to offer! In the Summer, when not traveling or at the ball field, you can find Kellie outside enjoying her pool.
