North O’Fallon
According to Nextdoor, North O’Fallon is the friendliest neighborhood in O’Fallon!
It’s made up of a few different subdivisions, and most of the houses were built between 1985 and 2001.
This affordable area has small to medium single-family homes with price ranges in the low $200s to mid $300s.

P and Main
This neighborhood is located in northern O’Fallon, with Main Street and North Main Street providing easy access to restaurants and businesses.
It features a diverse mix of architectural styles, including ranch, two-story, and split-level homes, with some showcasing brick exteriors, others with siding, and even a few boasting in-ground pools.
The homes here also tend to sit on larger, grassy lots, offering plenty of outdoor space.
Prices in this area range from the low $200s to the upper $300s, depending on what section you’re in, with a few of the larger homes getting up to the $400s.
Great Warrior Drive
Most homes in this neighborhood were built between 1986 and 1988 and are primarily ranch-style, with prices typically ranging from the mid to upper $200s.
Residents love the area’s convenience, thanks to its proximity to Fort Zumwalt West High School and the businesses along Bryan Road, which forms the neighborhood’s eastern boundary.
Parkview
This neighborhood is perfect for those who love green spaces, with Fort Zumwalt Park to the south and east, providing easy access to its many amenities.
Most homes here are ranch-style with attached garages, and prices range from the upper $200s to mid-$300s for small to medium-sized homes, while larger homes can reach the $500s.
Many homes were built in the late 1990s, offering a mix of modern convenience and established charm.

Other Established Neighborhoods in O’Fallon include The Crossings, Deer Creek, and Patriots Landing. Most of these neighborhoods feature ranch-style homes, sidewalks, and green spaces.
The City of O’Fallon started building out in the mid-1980s with a population boom in 1999, which meant more housing and infrastructure.
New Developments
O’Fallon has many new developments in the works, mostly on the western edge of town.

Streets of Caledonia
This development, in progress by Fischer Homes and Lombardo Homes, offers dozens of floor plans, ranging from townhomes to spacious single-family homes, with prices from $329k to $906k.

This strategic location provides quick access to I-64 and is surrounded by shopping and dining options.
Plus, Caledonia is directly across the highway from Mastercard’s Operations headquarters.

Situated in southwest O’Fallon, it’s just a stone’s throw from Dardenne Prairie and Lake St. Louis, making it a convenient and desirable place to call home.
Fun fact: Our real estate team’s office is in the Streets of Caledonia at 950 Caledonia Drive.
One of our favorite group activities is grabbing Mexican food at Casa Tequila right next door.
Sommerlin
Just west of the Streets of Caledonia, you’ll find Sommerlin by McKelvey Homes, another development in progress.
With prices starting at $413k, this community offers a mix of single-story ranch and two-story homes.

Like Caledonia, Sommerlin boasts a convenient location with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads—but with the added perk of being just a mile south of Liberty High School.
Harvest is a massive new development in unincorporated O’Fallon.
Almost 900 homes will be built.

There are ranch homes, villas, townhomes, and two-story designs.
This planned neighborhood has large green spaces and community lakes and is close to amenities like golf courses, shopping, and dining options.
Harvest is right down the street from The Meadows and Hawk Ridge shopping center.
Shady Creek
These Lombardo homes start at $554k and feature single-story and two-story single-family homes.
The community area plans include a swimming pool, a lazy river, and a fitness center. These spacious homes boast 2620- 3965 square feet and 3-car garages.

Amberleigh
Another community by Lombardo Homes and Fischer Homes, this neighborhood features a variety of home styles, including ranch, split-level, and two-story single-family homes.
Sizes range from 1,600 to over 4,000 square feet, with prices starting at $386k and going up to $625k.
This community has community woodlands and an open outdoor space in the works.
Running Errands Made Easy on Highway K
State Highway K is the main artery through O’Fallon.
It runs north to south, giving you access to everything you need.
From grocery stores and car mechanics to movie theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, healthcare options, and more.

Driving down K, you’ll pass strip malls filled with familiar chain restaurants, stores, drugstores, and banks.
Despite all the chains, you’ll see a couple of local gems in the shopping centers.
You’ll also find apartment communities like Prairie Point and Bramblett Hills, offering convenient living options in the heart of O’Fallon.
O’Fallon has excellent healthcare options.
Progress West Hospital is located right in O’Fallon, while SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital is nearby in Lake St. Louis. Additionally, BJC has medical offices in O’Fallon.
For those on the south-west side, Highway N offers a variety of groceries, shops, and restaurants, with more development happening in those areas to accommodate the new residential areas.

Goodwood Brewing and Spirits: This Kentucky-based brewpub offers a selection of beer and spirits alongside a menu of Southern favorites like chicken and waffles, buffalo cauliflower, and classic burgers.
They also have live music and offer a kids’ menu.

Good News Brewing Company: This faith-based brewery offers wood-fired pizza in a family-friendly setting.
Crossroads Brewery: This O’Fallon brewery has an extensive menu featuring all kinds of beer from German-inspired to sours and IPAs.
Shortleaf Brewing: Although technically in nearby Winghaven, this family-owned brewery features a full restaurant and bar.
Barrels Taphouse and Grill: Technically not a brewpub, but a great place to catch a game, especially if you’re a beer enthusiast. This Taphouse features over 100 beers, a full menu, and 38 big-screen TVs.
Entertainment Around Town
18 North Central is where “grown-ups come to play with family and friends.” It offers axe throwing, laser tag, and a unique game called “CyberSport Demo Ball,” best described as lacrosse with bumper cars.
Sky Zone Trampoline Park is mostly geared towards families, and it’s exactly what the name says!
A massive, indoor trampoline park.

The O’Fallon Hoots is O’Fallon’s own collegiate summer league baseball team! The games are affordable and fun for the whole family. And the home games are conveniently located in O’Fallon at CarShield Field.
CarShield Field also has special events when the O’Fallon Hoots aren’t playing. Food Truck Frenzy for food enthusiasts, the Tacos and Tequila Festival, and the 2nd Annual Battle of the Badges Baseball Classic (to name a few).
Community Events
O’Fallon has annual festivals that feature cultural activities, history, art, and family fun!
The Heritage and Freedom Fest is held annually around the 4th of July. There’s live music, vendors, rides, and more!
Fall into the Arts is held annually in September. It’s free to attend and features live music, artists, hands-on activities for the kids, and food vendors.

For the holiday season, there’s the Celebration of Lights through Fort Zumwalt Park! This drive-through lighting extravaganza is a holiday tradition.
On certain days, you can also view the lights by hayride or trolley!
Parks & Recreation in O’Fallon
O’Fallon is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with its parks, trails, sports fields, and nearby lakes giving residents plenty of options for indoor and outdoor activities.
Parks
Fort Zumwalt Park: This 48-acre shady park has a playground, disc golf, walking trails, and a scenic lake.
There’s also a rich history here!
There’s a restored historic home from 1884 and a rebuild of Zumwalt’s Fort. Fort Zumwalt Park is a great place for a picnic, a nature walk, or a nice place to sit and enjoy nature or historic sites.

Dames Park: Known for its athletic fields, this 59-acre park features three sports fields, two playgrounds, pickleball courts, pavilions, and a scenic walking and biking path.
Ozzie Smith Sports Complex is appropriately named for one of the Cardinals’ most famous shortstops, Ozzie Smith. This 76-acre sports complex has seven outdoor baseball/softball fields and is home to CarShield Field, where the O’Fallon Hoots play.
Veterans Memorial Walk is a place to reflect on history. With special events on Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, and Veterans Day, this unique memorial draws visitors year-round.
In addition to these larger parks, O’Fallon has parks throughout the city, making it convenient to find a green space to enjoy: Civic Park, Knaust Park, O’Day Park, and Westhoff Park.
Recreation
Whether you’re into fitness, need a fun spot for the kids, or want to connect at a community center, O’Fallon’s recreational facilities have something for everyone.
Renaud Center: a large indoor recreation complex with a fitness center, aerobics room, and swimming pool. Renaud Center is in Sports Park, which itself boasts 12 athletic fields and concession stands.
Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center: A great place to take the family, this aquatic center puts the fun in swimming with three water slides, a lazy river, and a floating bridge. It also has lap lanes and a diving board.
O’Fallon Park Rec Complex YMCA: This Y has it all, a fitness center, teen center, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor track, and steam room.

Excellent Schools in O’Fallon
O’Fallon, Missouri, is served by multiple public school districts, primarily the Fort Zumwalt School District and the Wentzville R-IV School District.
The Francis Howell School District also serves portions of the area.
Fort Zumwalt School District (FZSD): FZSD encompasses a significant portion of O’Fallon.
It has multiple elementary, middle, and high schools within the city.
All four of its high schools have been recognized among America’s Best by U.S. News & World Report for six consecutive years, ranking in the top 30 in Missouri.
