My Background
Education & Early Career
I attended MICDS for all 4 years of high school in Ladue, MO. After I graduated, I moved to Boston, MA, where I attended Northeastern University and received a bachelor's degree have a degree in business administration. I hold a broker-salesperson license in Missouri, and I'm a Part 107 drone license.
Finding Real Estate
I used to watch people like Ryan Serhant and Graham Stephan on YouTube, and I was always fascinated by them. That was what sparked my interest in real estate. I joined the real estate club when I went to college, and I was immediately hooked. I wanted to take the video marketing approach to St. Louis real estate, and that's exactly what I did the moment I got my real estate license!
Building Living St. Louis
In 2020, I launched Living St. Louis as a YouTube channel focused on neighborhood guides, honest market insights, and all the little tips and tricks I learned from selling real estate that I wanted to share with my audience. Today, it's grown into a full content platform that reaches hundreds of thousands of people exploring St. Louis real estate.
Behind the scenes at Living St. Louis
My Background
I don’t just make content about St. Louis, I live it. Here’s what life looks like for me.
Exploring new spots around town with the Gateway team!
I’m based in Chesterfield, in the heart of West County. It’s the perfect middle ground for me because I drive to Central West End and Downtown just as often as I drive west to Lake St. Louis and Wentzville.
On weekends, you might find me walking through Forest Park, checking out a new restaurant in The Grove, or driving through new construction neighborhoods I’m researching for an upcoming video.
St. Louis has this incredible mix of historic architecture, welcoming suburbs, and a genuine community feel that’s hard to find elsewhere. After years of studying this market, I’m more convinced than ever that it’s one of the best places to live in the Midwest.
Beyond Work
When I’m not creating content or analyzing market data, here’s what matters most to me.
Family & Relationships
Family keeps me grounded. Real estate moves fast, content never stops, and markets change, but staying present with the people around me matters more than any deal. My mom, brother, and boyfriend are the most important people in my life. I'm also a dog uncle to my brother's Bernese Mountain Dog, Everest!
Interest & Hobies
Outside of real estate, I’m a licensed drone pilot, a gym regular (my trainer Cory beats me up a lot), and someone who genuinely enjoys exploring Saint Louis... Whether that’s new restaurants, pop-up bars, or neighborhoods most people overlook. I also stay deeply involved in marketing education through communities like Rankability Academy and learning from people like Nathan Gotch, which shapes how I think about content marketing, email address capture, and long-term audience building.
