We loved working with Lana to purchase our home. She was professional, easygoing, and competent. We used Gateway Realty Group to both buy and sell our homes, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. We had been searching for a home in a specific golf course community for several years with no success, and they were able to find us our dream home off-market and negotiate excellent terms on our behalf. Once we secured our new home, they seamlessly helped us sell our previous home, coordinating the closings and all the logistics of the move, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed by their marketing, the professional photography, video, and drone footage were outstanding. Our home sold for over list price on the first day on the market, which exceeded our expectations. Their expertise, communication, and attention to detail truly set them apart. I cannot recommend Gateway Realty Group enough. After months of house hunting, they helped us find the perfect home off-market without the hassle of multiple offers and bidding wars. The whole process from start to finish was extremely smooth, and our agent was always ontop of communication. She walked us through the process from writing offers, to inspections, to getting the mortgage, and finally closing. It was such a seamless transaction. The negotiation was top notch, and my agent fought tooth and nail to get a great deal for me and helped negotiate all the inspection items I was concerned about. Anytime I was worried about something, had questions, or just needed some reassurance, my agent was there for me, and it felt like such a weight lifted off my shoulders. We looked for months, saw dozens of homes, and even considered doing new construction because we were struggling to find the right one. All I can say is “Wow, did we actually achieve all of that in just 15 days?” Lana Prinster was AMAZING! We ended up contacting her real estate team after a horrible experience with Compass. Right away we were connected with Lana. She made herself available immediately to show us several homes. We found “the one” within the first night and she quickly jumped into action. We had an accepted offer the next day. She immediately linked us up with a mortgage broker familiar with VA mortgages who called us to start the process. They promised a closing within 15 days, over the Christmas holiday, and Lana and her team made it happen! She worked her tail off coordinating between all parties to get us what we needed to close the deal. She was always responsive and easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! She was great to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
