Tracy was named Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker in her first year licensed. She hit the ground running when she got her real estate license and hasn't looked back since. Her motto with her clients is "One Step at a Time" because she understands the process can be unfamiliar and stressful at times. She prides herself on educating her clients throughout every step along the way. Her goal is for all her clients to leave the closing table happy!
Background & Education
Born and raised in St. Charles, Tracy has lived in numerous areas around the county. After graduating from St. Dominic High School, she accepted a scholarship at Indiana State University to play soccer. While there, she studied business and finance, which has allowed her to be an asset to her clients when evaluating their home's market value.
​​Tracy is certified in residential relocation and is a Designated Luxury Collection Specialist through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection. She can handle requests from clients working with a relocation company. Tracy loves sharing her knowledge of St. Louis with newcomers to the area. She'll give you her top spots to check out, help you evaluate areas, and find the perfect neighborhood for your lifestyle.
Personal Life
When Tracy isn't selling real estate, she's coaching girls' soccer or spending time with her kids! She has two daughters, Rylee and Irelyn, and a son, Peyton. On weekends, you can find Tracy shopping with her girls or watching Payton play baseball. She also has three dogs. Tracy loves going to Mark Twain Lake in the summer and watching her nieces and nephews water ski. Family is an important part of Tracy's life!
