Oaks of Andrew Woods sits immediately east of Lake Forest Country Club. This is country club living rather than lakefront living: the neighborhood is inside the CA boundary and gets the lake rights that come with it, but the water is a drive rather than a walk.

Many homes within this community back up to the golf course, or at least have golf course views.

Homes in the Oaks of Andrew Woods are usually luxury, custom-built from the early 2000’s. Some have been fully renovated and updated to fit modern design trends.

Country Club Greens

Country Club Greens is a group of attached villas sitting right on the golf course, just off Lake St. Louis Boulevard.

If you want golf course views and lake rights to Lake St. Louis without taking on a full yard, this is a wonderful choice. The units are two-car-garage villas built in the 1980s.

As of mid-2026, most recent sales here have been in the low-to-high $300k range.
