Every year, we host this event to celebrate the people who trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Nearly 400 people joined us this year because the connection didn't end at closing.
Invitations are extended to clients who bought, sold, or referred someone to us the year prior. We invite them to bring their friends and family, too! This is our way of saying thank you in a meaningful way.

From custom craft cocktails to hand-selected décor by Public School House, every detail was designed to create an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal.
The photobooth, provided by GlowSTL, was a crowd favorite: a backdrop of laughter, props, and memories captured in the moment. Throughout the evening, guests mingled, connected with their agents, and shared stories from their home-buying and selling journeys.

Every year, our client appreciation party doubles as an opportunity to give back. We partner with Marcy's Project to collect hygiene products for families in need across St. Charles County.
The party is always completely free for our clients. But we invite everyone to bring a donation if they're able. The response is always overwhelming, and this year was no exception. We filled 2 truckloads of donation!
