When you see several listings from the same new community at similar prices, like Auden Meadow, those are usually floor plans a builder will build for you on one of their homesites, not finished homes you can move into. That's a normal way for builders to market, but it changes the timeline and the contract, so it's worth talking through with us before you fall in love with a rendering.
