My Background
From marketing to leading operations for a top real estate team, here’s my real estate journey.
Missouri State University
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in marketing and business administration from Missouri State University. When I graduated, I started with a full-time position at a HVAC manufacturing company where I handled lead generation and customer service. I then pivoted into real estate marketing after one year.
Pivot to Real Estate Marketing
When I got into real estate, I started at a big well-known estate brokerage in Lake St. Louis, diving deep into marketing strategy, agent support, and learning the ins and outs of real estate transactions and contracts.
Tech-Driven Real Estate
I changed brokerages and moved to a more tech-focused company and designed and implemented a marketing concierge program for 300+ agents. I gained expertise in real estate tech platforms, CRM systems, and helped agents build technology-driven businesses.
Working at Gateway Realty Group
I took everything I learned at the previous two brokerages and developed Gateway Realty Group's marketing and operating systems. My drive and passion for real estate marketing and technology has served over our team since 2022.

Marketing Strategy
From listing presentations to social media campaigns, I make sure every property and agent gets the visibility they deserve. My design background gives me an eye for details, so nothing gets missed.
Technology & Systems
I manage our tech stack: CRM, lead generation tools, automated workflows, and more. My goal is to make technology work for our agents, not overwhelm them.
Agent Support
When our agents need help, whether it's a last-minute marketing piece or troubleshooting a CRM system, I'm their go-to resource. I'm here to handle the marketing & operations so they can focus on clients.
My Life Outside of Work

My Family
My twin boys and husband are my world. When we're not out exploring new things in the community, we're throwing living room karaoke parties or doing some sort of craft. Some people love to travel, and we definitely do, but you'll probably only find us in Branson! That is our favorite family destination
Interests & Hobbies
My husband, Aaron, and I love going to any 80's rock concert we can find. There's nothing like live music from that era. Aaron actually plays in an 80's rock band with his friends: Fifth Gear! We also host family dinners, cousin movie sleepovers, and board game nights with the boys. We're never bored in the Wilhelms household!
My Hidden Superpower: Baking
I absolutely LOVE baking. I bake my twins' birthday cake every year, and I almost always bake a cake or cupcakes for most people's birthdays in my family. I don't do cookies because they're too unpredictable. I'm always experimenting with new recipes that I'll bring into the office and share with the team. My boys love joining me in the kitchen too!
